YB Dato' Teng Chang Khim
Speaker, Selangor State Assembly & Member of Parliament for Sungai Pinang
YB Teng is the DAP’s Sungai Pinang assemblyman. He was sworn in as the Selangor State Assembly Speaker on the 22nd of April 2008. As of present, this will be YB Teng’s 4th term Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly since 1995. He also held the position as the Opposition Leader of the Legislative Assembly between1995-1999 and 2004-2008. He was an advocate and solicitor before becoming the Speaker of the House.






Dr. Aminuddin Hassim
Director, National Institute of Public AdministrationDr. Aminuddin Hassim is the Director of National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) and has served in several public sector agencies such as the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, Economic Planning Unit as well as Khazanah Nasional Berhad as its Vice President under the Cross-Fertilisation Programme. Having sat in various appointments which include the Board Director of Malacca State Development Authority, Board Director and Audit Member of the National Railway Ltd., Board Director of Institute of Management and Integrity, Melaka (INSPIM), and as former Alternate Member to Director-General of Putrajaya Corporation, his talent and expertise radiuses from Economic Management (Environment and Natural Resources (Green Issues), Water Management, Public Transportation), Policy Design (Environment, Water Management, Public Transportation), Project Management, Urbanisation to Public-Private Partnership in Education.



Professor Danny Quah
Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics
Professor Quah of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Economic Imbalances; he also serves on the Steering Committee of the Abu Dhabi Economics Research Agency (ADERA) and the Editorial Boards of East Asian Policy, Journal of Economic Growth, and Global Policy, and on the Advisory Board of OMFIF Education. At the London School of Economics, he is also Senior Fellow at LSE IDEAS, Senior Research Associate at the Centre for the Study of Human Rights, and Chair of the Board of the LSE-PKU Summer School. Besides all the above, Professor Quah is a Tan Chin Tuan Visiting Professor in the Economics Department at the National University of Singapore. May-June 2010, he was visiting professor of economics at Tsinghua University, Beijing; April 2011, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He served on Malaysia's National Economic Advisory Council, 2009-2011. Professor Quah is also the Academic Advisor and Patron of the International Council of Malaysian Scholars and Associates (ICMS).



Dato’ Hjh. Sutinah Binti Sutan 
Deputy Chief Commissioner, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission
Dato’ Hjh. Sutinah binti Sutan started her career in the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on June 1980.  Throughout her 31 years of service in the MACC, she spent about 7 years doing investigation works; 13 years involving in community education and 11 years in corruption prevention.  She is currently the Deputy Chief Commissioner (Prevention) as of 1 March 2010. She is highly involved in corruption prevention efforts and promoting integrity locally and internationally.  The taskforces and committees in which she is involved includes National Integrity Committee on Public Governance as Chief Secretariat, Integrity Committee on Policy, System and Procedure, the National Integrity Plan, MACC Oversight Group, South-east Asian Anti-Corruption Pact (SEAPAC), ADB-OECD Anti-Corruption Initiatives for Asia and the Pacific and International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities. Dato’ Hjh. Sutinah binti Sutan holds a Bachelor Degree in Humanities from the University of Science Malaysia.


Dato’ Hjh. Sutinah Binti Sutan is also a speaker for the MPPC 2011. 





Datuk Ahmad Zaki Zahid

Executive Director of MRCB Corporation Bhd.

Datuk Ahmad Zaki Zahid was apppointed to the Board of MRCB on 12 January 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from University of Bristol, England. Datuk Ahmad Zaki was a Senior Executive Officer at the Issues and Investment Division of the Securities Commission of Malaysia from November 1994 to July 1998. Thereupon, from August 1998 to February 2000, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton (Kuala Lumpur/Singapore). He assumed the role of Special Assistant to YB Dato’ Hishammuddin Tun Hussein, Minister of Youth and Sports, from March 2000 to June 2001. In July 2001, he joined the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office as Special Assistant to Tun Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi and was promoted as the Special Officer to Tun Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi and Head of Policy Unit, Prime Minister’s Office, from November 2003 to March 2009.
