The Malaysia Public Policy Competition 2011 is organized by the International Council of Malaysian Scholars and Associates and sponsored by University College Sedaya International (UCSI).
The ICMS aims to serve as an intellectual platform for bright, enthusiastic young Malaysians studying abroad to exchange ideas, share experiences and expand their professional network. This is in addition to our aim to further enhance leadership, argumentative, organizational and social skills of our members through forums, debates, networking events and character building activities. The ICMS also serves as a intellectual community and resource pool for members seeking to independently initiate special/common interest projects.
